To inherit and promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of Sinotruk employees, and further enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the Sinotruk team, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) held a grand Lantern Festival themed event, “Joyful Lantern Festival, Happy Reunion,” on March 3rd. Through activities such as guessing lantern riddles, appreciating intangible cultural heritage, playing games, and winning prizes, CNHTC employees deeply felt the strong atmosphere of “Working at CNHTC, Happiness at CNHTC” amidst laughter and joy.
The event venue was brightly lit and bustling with activity. In the interactive game area, CNHTC employees enthusiastically participated in fun games such as “Lucky Circle,” “Good Fortune,” and “Instant Success,” with laughter echoing throughout, fully demonstrating the vibrant spirit of CNHTC employees. In the lantern riddle area, CNHTC employees were either deep in thought or engaged in lively discussions, experiencing the charm of traditional culture through intellectual interaction, and deepening communication and understanding among CNHTC employees. In the lantern-making area, Sinotruk employees used folding, piecing together, and pasting to light up uniquely shaped and auspicious lanterns, adding warmth and joy to the Sinotruk family. The glutinous rice ball making activity was even more enjoyable; everyone kneaded dough, wrapped fillings, and rolled them into balls, using the soft, sticky rice to encase the sweet fillings, symbolizing the reunion and happiness of the Sinotruk family.
This activity not only allowed Sinotruk employees to experience the cultural charm of traditional festivals but also strengthened the sense of belonging and enthusiasm within the Sinotruk team. Everyone expressed their determination to transform the warmth of the festival into motivation for their work, focusing on the goals of the “15th Five-Year Plan,” and actively contributing their wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of the Sinotruk Group with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach.
During the Lantern Festival, all secondary units of Sinotruk Group also closely integrated with their actual production and operation, and organized a variety of Lantern Festival activities to convey the care of the Sinotruk family to every position and every employee, further uniting the strong team spirit of “one family, one heart, working together, and definitely succeeding” among Sinotruk employees.
