To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and solidly advance the key tasks deployed by the Party Committee of Sinotruk Group and its superior Youth League Committee, and to continuously strengthen the political literacy and professional competence of Youth League organizations and cadres at all levels, the Youth League Committee of Sinotruk Group organized a three-day training course at the Shandong Provincial Youth League School from November 19th to 21st, 2025, focusing on enhancing the comprehensive capabilities of Youth League cadres and the fourth phase of the “Young Marxist Cultivation Project.” This training is an important measure for Sinotruk Group to strengthen the ideological and political guidance of young people and forge a high-quality young backbone team, and it is also a concrete practice to promote the deep integration of Sinotruk’s youth work with the company’s high-quality development.
At the opening ceremony, relevant leaders of Sinotruk Group delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing that young people are the vital force and core strength for Sinotruk’s development, and the hope for achieving Sinotruk’s strategic goals and building a world-class full-series commercial vehicle group. The Party Committee of Sinotruk Group has always placed youth work at a strategic and overall level, attaching great importance to the cultivation and growth of young talents, and is committed to building a broad stage for young people to display their talents and make contributions. The Youth League organizations at all levels of Sinotruk Group should take this training as an opportunity to further enhance their political awareness, progressiveness, and mass character, uniting and leading the vast number of young people to inject continuous youthful energy into Sinotruk’s transformation, upgrading, and innovative development.
The meeting pointed out that Sinotruk is currently at a critical stage of accelerating its construction into a world-class enterprise. Facing the in-depth development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, Sinotruk needs a young backbone team with firm beliefs, strong capabilities, and a tenacious work style more than ever before. Sinotruk’s Youth League cadres must take the lead in strengthening their theoretical foundation, improving their comprehensive abilities, and effectively transforming the learning outcomes into tangible results that promote Sinotruk’s high-quality development. They should cultivate their learning with unwavering perseverance, laying a solid foundation for growth; focus on the front lines with pioneering spirit, solving the difficulties and bottlenecks in Sinotruk’s development; and dedicate themselves to practice with a drive to always be number one, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of Sinotruk’s youth in their respective positions.
The training content closely integrates with Sinotruk’s development realities and the characteristics of its youth, setting up multiple core modules including political theory, practical Youth League work, and innovative practice. The political theory courses focused on in-depth interpretations of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. These courses guided Sinotruk’s young core members to deeply understand the Party’s innovative theories, continuously strengthen their “Four Consciousnesses,” firm up their “Four Confidences,” and achieve “Two Upholds.” The practical courses on Youth League affairs focused on the basic methods and standardized procedures of Youth League work, enhancing Sinotruk’s Youth League cadres’ professional abilities to serve the central tasks, the overall situation, and the youth. The innovation practice module, centered on Sinotruk’s strategic development direction, encouraged young people to engage in innovative thinking based on their positions, offering suggestions for Sinotruk’s technological innovation, management optimization, and market expansion.
In addition to rich classroom lectures, the training also included on-site Party spirit education and thematic exchange and discussion activities. Through immersive Party spirit training, Sinotruk’s young core members further strengthened their ideals and beliefs and reinforced their sense of purpose. During the exchange and discussion, youth league cadres and young political leaders from different units and positions within Sinotruk engaged in lively discussions on topics such as “How to better leverage the role of the Communist Youth League organization to serve Sinotruk’s central work” and “How Sinotruk youth can bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities in the company’s innovation-driven development.” They shared their practical experiences and reflections on their work at Sinotruk, inspiring each other and making progress together.
At the closing ceremony, representatives of the young Marxist trainees made statements, expressing their commitment to using this training as a new starting point to apply what they learned to their work. They pledged to continuously hone their skills and abilities on the broad platform provided by Sinotruk, striving to grow into staunch young Marxists and the backbone of Sinotruk’s development, and to live up to the cultivation and expectations of Sinotruk Group.
This training course was strongly supported by the Shandong Provincial Youth League School and organized collaboratively by relevant functional departments of Sinotruk Group. More than 60 people, including leaders of youth league organizations at all levels within Sinotruk Group and young political leaders, participated in the training. Everyone agreed that the training was rich in content, diverse in form, and meticulously organized, not only improving their theoretical level and professional skills but also enhancing their sense of responsibility and mission as members of Sinotruk. In the future, the Communist Youth League work of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group will continue to closely align with the company’s development strategy, continuously improve the pertinence and effectiveness of its services to the company and young people, and unite and lead the vast number of young people to contribute even more youthful wisdom and strength to building China National Heavy Duty Truck Group into a world-class full-series commercial vehicle group as soon as possible.
