After rounds of preliminary and semi-final selections, 20 outstanding young talents from the front lines of marketing, R&D, production, and sales emerged to compete at the finals. With their forward-looking international perspectives, brilliant language skills, diverse knowledge base, and open collaborative thinking, they delivered a language battle that blended youth, conviction, and passion.
Finals Highlights:
Round 1: Golden 100 Seconds | The 20 contestants competed in 10 1v1 matches, focusing on SHIPPING’s main business and core products. From the six major business segments to high-end technology products and full lifecycle services, the contestants, with their high spirits, authentic expressions, and vivid stories, conveyed Sinotruk’s powerful message of technology, excellence, and responsibility to the world.
Round Two: Impromptu Speech | 10 finalists randomly selected topics for a two-minute impromptu speech. Whether discussing cutting-edge issues like AI and new energy, or the Shandong Heavy Industry (Sinotruk) corporate culture of “Never Slacken, Always at the Forefront, Always Striving for First Place,” the contestants handled each topic with composure, demonstrating their impromptu wisdom and solid foundation.
Round Three: Race Against Time | The top 6 contestants could choose to “team up” or “go solo,” accumulating points through knowledge challenges. The diverse formats added tension and fun to the competition.
Round Four: War of Words | The final round featured a high-level debate! The 6 contestants were regrouped for a 3v3 debate, arguing about “global standardization” versus “local adaptation,” showcasing the professionalism and logical charisma of Shandong Heavy Industry (Sinotruk)’s young talent.
Special Segment: Take You On A World Tour | An Immersive “Around the World” Journey The competition specially invited language talents from Shandong Heavy Industry (Sinotruk) who are proficient in 11 languages including German, Korean, Spanish, and Italian to deliver multilingual speeches, leading the audience along the path of language, across mountains and seas, and experiencing diverse cultures.
